four awards valued at $1500.00 for children of members of the PEI Union of Public Sector Employees (UPSE). Applicants must be entering college or university next year. One award is open to all children of UPSE. The other three are for students with (1)disabilities, or (2)Aboriginal, or (3)visible minorities.  Deadline to apply is June 30, 2012.
