May 15 – Epilepsy Association of NS Memorial

Applications are available in Student Services for two Epilepsy Association of Nova Scotia Memorial Scholarships valued at $500.00 each.  Applicants must be accepted at college or university for next year, be under the care of a physician for the treatment of epilepsy, be 18 by December 31 of application year and be a resident of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Prince Edward Island.  Application must include a resume, written goals, transcript, two references, and a physician to verify diagnosis of epilepsy by signing the application.  Deadline for application to be received is May 15, 2012.
