May 25- Monsanto Canada Opportunity Scholarship Program

Monsanto Canada 2011 Opportunity Scholarship Program valued at $1500.00.  Between 30 and 40 scholarships will be offered. Eligible students must be from farm families and entering their first year of post-secondary education in agriculture or forestry at a college or university. Students must have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership and involvement in their community.  Two reference letters are required.  A 300 – 500 word essay on “In what area of agriculture would you like to work and why?” is required.  All applications (with all attachments) must be returned post-marked by May 25, 2012.
